How to use Split PDF
- Choose one unencrypted PDF.
- Select Page ranges and enter groups such as 1-3, 5, or choose Every N pages and set the group size.
- Split the document and download the separate PDFs or ZIP archive.
What this tool does
Pages outside a selected range are not included; encrypted PDFs are unsupported.
Example
For a 12-page PDF, choose Every N pages and enter 4 to create three four-page PDFs.
Frequently asked questions
How do I enter a page range?
Use one-based page numbers and commas for separate groups, for example 1-3, 5, 8-12. Ranges cannot overlap and pages not selected are left out.
Can every page become its own PDF?
Yes. In Every N pages mode, enter 1. The tool allows up to 100 separate PDFs per operation.
Privacy
Your input is processed in your browser. This version does not send document content to a conversion server and includes no advertising or analytics scripts. Loading the website requires a network connection.
